Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and proforma analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage purchasing operations to ensure cost-effective procurement and inventory management.
- Collaborate daily with leaders in various departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estated development industry and 5 years of overall, relatable experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and proforma analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
